Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

From time to time, Pawinos may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.
